Lanie is a JAX native with a degree from FSU and background in HR. She currently works within the Property Management realm doing operations and marketing. She loves the personalization and creative aspects of the real estate world.

Jason is a “saltwater conch” having been born and raised in Key West. He’s been a Federal Firefighter since the age of 19 all while maintaining his own pool, maintenance and boating charter businesses. Jason has an incredible knowledge of home maintenance and ownership and has a keen eye for real estate opportunities.
