Phillip Watson is originally from Maryland but has called Jacksonville home since 2021. He began his real estate career with a national brand firm in 2007. He earned his Graduate of Realtor Institute designation in 2013, became a licensed Broker and then opened his own real estate brokerage that same year. He continues to operate that firm in Maryland as well as work as an Associate Broker with Price Realty Group. Phillip has also been a licensed MD General Contractor for the last 15 years. His experience in the construction and renovation of residential homes allows him to help his real estate clients better understand the structural components of the homes they are considering, as well as helping them see potential options for re-imagining current spaces.
